Kerwe 2008 Obama visits Balzfeld

Welcome all visitors from english speaking countries.

In Germany we do have the tradition of celebrating the church anniversary.

The Place I live at, does this on the second weekend after All Saints' Day.
This happened this year on the 8th. thru 11th. of November.

We also have traditionally a parade on sunday. There were all different things shown.
Some are episodes happened in town some are just funny things, others are politically inspired.

For some reason we had this year the idea of focusing on the vote of the
"President of the United States of America".

Fortunately for us, the new President became Obama Barack.
This was therefore, because we just had the right guy as a double.

And it was the right decision to do so, the cheers were awesome and the people did like it.
